The Eden Day Spa is located at 388 Broadwayin in Manhattan’s Soho neighborhood. With a large street-level storefront, the primary design consideration was the creation of an entry sequence that contained public space for retail sales that transitioned into the private space and serenity required for a spa.

The solution utilised a single curving element that begins as a display case, becomes the receptionist desk, and concludes as a wall. This wall is intersected by a small hallway that acts as a "decompression chamber" with a large door at one end leading into the spa proper. These new elements are constructed of stock hot-rolled steel and opal Plexiglas with an integral lighting system.
