This entry to the Queens Plaza Competition proposes a cultural corridor by linking PS1 and MOMA Queens together via a promenade along the elevated #7 train line. This promenade connects into currently underutilized buildings and spaces providing incentive for their use by galleries, theaters and other organizations to act as a catalyst for revitalization.
