André Soluri, Architect prepared a feasibilty study for the owners of a 6,200 sq ft lot in Brooklyn with a buildable area of 37,530sq ft. The study included a setup with sales projections, zoning analysis with maximum bulk, schematic plans and estimated construction costs.
