Soluri Space grew out of a need to provide an edited source of high quality, seminal images that visually communicates the awe and wonder of both astronomical phenomena and space exploration.

As a result, Soluri Space provides an accessible venue of unique, seldom or never seen space imagery from the historic to the present. Images selected from reliable sources around the world, whose caption information is both readable and fact checked.

However, the space photography on display in Soluri Space represents only a portion of what exists in its evolving archive. The collection has been built over years of research, editing and re-editing thousands and thousands of images from NASA, other world-wide space agencies and international observatories and institutions. The collection is also comprised of Michael Soluri’s on-going photographic documentation of people and place in the quest to explore space.
