General.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. User agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in New York and User hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.

Please report any violations of the Terms to info@soluri.com. Notices to Users may be made via either email or regular mail. SND may also provide notice of changes to the Terms or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to Users generally on the SND Website. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after posting of notice is updated on a SND Website or email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, SND may provide notice by certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, to addresses provided to SND. In such case, notice shall be deemed given 3 days after the date of mailing.
